you have a printed catalog?
No,
we do not have a printed catalog. Our website is our online catalog. Our designs
change often so it would be too expensive to keep up with this type of printed
material.
What
type of paper do you use?
We
use premium 80# coated text. We have tested many types of paper and have
found this brand of coated paper produces the most vibrant colors and detailed
images. It makes an absolutely beautiful wrapper.
How
long will my order take?
Please allow 14 working days to receive your order from when your payment is
received and design has been approved. If
you need your order in less time please add $20.00 rush charge.
Can
I use a bridal shower wrapper for my wedding?
Yes!
Almost every wrapper design in every category can be changed to suit your
occasion.
Can you make wrapper in another language?
Yes, as long as you supply us with the spelling, we are more than happy to
accommodate your needs.
Do
you do anything for multiple births?
Yes. Any design can be reworded to fit your occasion. Choose a birth
announcement design and reword it to celebrate two babies! (or more!)
Can
I put a photo on any design?
Yes. All designs can incorporate your photo. An old black and white childhood
photo looks great for adult birthdays, sweet sixteen, etc.
Indicate on your order form that you want to include a picture and we
will send you instructions how to send it.
Please get permission for any professional done photos.
What if I can’t come up with anything
creative for personalizing the back of the wrapper?
Click on our wrapper backs page for lots of ideas. Or call us and we’ll
brainstorm and help you come up with something great!
Can you email me a proof?
Yes. We will e-mail you a sample of
your wrapper to a proof. We do not
print an order until approval of the wrapper is given.
We will send you proof as a .jpeg file.
How
can I avoid melted chocolate in shipping?
Order during cooler months, order wrappers only and wrap your own bars or for
$7.00 additional (per 180 bars) we can ship your bars in a cooler. Our orders
are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days. Please make sure they
will be delivered to a person, not left to sit in the sun during warmer months.
We only guarantee unmelted chocolate when shipped in coolers.
What do I do if I leave my bars in the heat?
Do not handle the candy bars, let them come back to a cooler room temperature.
Do not freeze the candy bars, this
could cause them to become white and powdery. You could refrigerate them, but it
is usually not necessary. They will be fine as long as you don’t handle them
until they firm up.
Is
it easy to wrap the candy bars?
Yes, it is very easy to wrap the candy yourself! We also provide you with easy
to follow wrapping instructions.
Where do I purchase the candy?
The candy can be purchased in stores like Costco, BJ's, Sam's Club, CVS, etc.
Can
I pick up my order?
Yes,
you can! We are located in Rochester, New York and we are more than happy to
make arrangements with you to pick up your order.
